Nicole & Cody Golden Wedding
Lauren & James's Wedding
Nicole and Cody were wed on a beautiful August day in Golden, BC at Hillside Lodge and Chalets, overlooking the Blaeberry River and Redburn Mountain. I had the pleasure of capturing special moments at their wedding and at their engagement photo session which took place at Emerald Lake.
As the wildflowers came into full bloom at the height of summer, we took advantage of the beautiful scenery around the mighty Kicking Horse River, capturing the wilderness from overhead with a drone. The next day, we headed up Kicking Horse Mountain Resort to capture them amongst the moody peaks of the Selkirk Mountains.
Brittney & Colton's Wedding
Lauren and James are your mountain lovers; their love for adventure is overshadowed by the love they have for each other; James proposed to Lauren during a sunrise mountain biking adventure. They said their “I do’s” just outside of Golden, BC at Heather Mountain Lodge on July 20th surrounded by friends and family in a beautiful mountainous backdrop, something they had specifically requested be featured in their photos.
I got to the know the couple fairly well on our excursion to do their engagement photos, which took place within an intact and easily accessible inland temperate rainforest inside the City of Revelstoke’s boundaries. James is a geologist and Lauren was adorned with an Agate during our photoshoots, which is a rock that carries a symbol of stability and grounding in one’s life.
Watershed Moments Film
Brittney and Colton came to Revelstoke on July 13th for their wedding and ceremony at Revelstoke Mountain Resort and chose to capture the entire event through photography and videography. We first took advantage of the beautiful lighting during an afternoon bridal shoot in a grassy field overlooking Mt. Begbie at the rest of the Selkirk Mountain range. We moved indoors to capture all the delicate moments that get overlooked on the day of; the laughs between friends, the last-minute hair and makeup touch ups, the proud expressions from family, and those last few private moments before the bridge and groom recite their vows.
Direction Baja California
Claire Dibble is on a one-woman mission to paddle the entirety of the Columbia River, from source to sea. The expedition aims to help her connect to the communities and landscapes situated within the Columbia Basin while connecting people to one another, to the watershed in which they live, and to raise awareness of the issues related to the renegotiations of the Columbia River Treaty. The project ties components of conservation, activism, community, and art into a story. It is an absolute honour to be part of her journey. By documenting her adventure and collecting memories on her behalf, I hope to tell the story of the Columbia River.

Flower Crown Workshop
I have exciting news! I will be transporting myself and my trusty assistant Leo to Cerritos Beach, Mexico for this coming winter season (hello to sun kissed cheeks, salty hair, and fun in the sun!) I have been heading south to Mexico for the last few years to unwind and really fell in love with the romantic beaches and unforgettable sunsets.
This will be a working holiday for me, and I will be offering my wedding photography and videography services throughout Mexico, including Baja, The Todos Santos area, Cabo, La Paz, Tulum, Cozumel… If you are from that area or are thinking of a destination wedding, this dreamy getaway might be for you.
Just think about it: you and your partner ankle deep in the crystal-clear turquoise waters juxtaposed by the Sierra Mountains. Sandy beaches and desert tones that compliment the relaxed vibes.
Laura & Dean's Elopement
On June 26th I teamed up with Christine from Revelstoke Florist to host an intimate Flower Crown Workshop which was complimented by a mini photoshoot. Participants were taught how to select complimentary flowers, twist them into an artistic expression, and affix them into a crown. Five participants came together to express themselves and have fun playing along the banks of the Columbia River, the lighting that day was perfect for capturing magical moments; sun beams filtered through the summer sky and the air was filled with laughter.
Parris & Darren's Wedding
What is more romantic than true love? True love that defies traditions and customary rituals, exposing a real connection that brings 2 people together? For Laura and Dean their love for snowy mountain tops, snowboarding through powder, scenic bluffs with unbeatable views, and #revyphone resulted in an elopement that caught their friends and family by surprise.
Nicole & Tim's Wedding
The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others. Parris and Darren found each other while working as addiction workers and channeled their selfless dedication to helping others by opening the Foothills Centre for Change.
Their unique union brought together a blended family; eight hearts, into one love. Family is not defined by genetics, it is built and maintained through love, and as Parris and Darren united their spirits under a triple rainbow on July 6th in the Shuswap, they strengthened their familial bond with their kids, who stood next to them as their wedding party.
Say hello to Nicole and Tim – a couple from Toronto who read their personalized vows to each other amongst the mountain tops at Revelstoke Mountain Resort on June 22nd. Triple rainbows, rain, sunshine and just a little bit of lightening fuelled the enchanting atmosphere which was only amplified by the emerald green undertones that made an appearance throughout the wedding, including the rings they made themselves. Emerald green encourages growth, reflection, peace and balance – a perfect recipe for a thriving union.
